Where can I find my tracking or order number?
Your Order Number can be found in the Order Confirmation email received right after checkout. Once your gown has finished handcrafting and is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your carrier tracking number.
Why has my tracking status not updated yet?
It typically takes 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and update the package status after the tracking label is generated. Please rest assured your package is safely on its way.
